It is recommended for people, including kids to have an average sleep of at least 8 hours a day. Their sleep should of course be restorative and relaxing. To do this, make sure that their bedrooms are comfy so as to make sleep a relaxing experience.

Exercise

Of course, kids will not be kids without activity. In fact, kids need to be active in order to develop both physically and mentally. Stimulations that they get from activities outside will help them in their growth and development. Activities will also teach them social skills and will help them in dealing with people when they grow up.

Exercise, in addition, will also help the body build muscles and strengthen the bones. It also regulates the metabolism and helps kids avoid obesity, which is one of the biggest problem that children in America face right now.

Water

Water is life. In order to wash away the toxins of the body, it is important that you drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. This helps in diluting the toxins that we get from food as well as aids in the digestion of the foods that we eat.
